Fractional Design Director
Engagement Options
Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of talent. It’s that nobody is connecting the decisions. Product is going one way, marketing another, leadership is reacting, and the work gets slower, noisier, and more expensive. A fractional design director gives you senior creative leadership without adding another full-time executive, someone who can help see the whole picture, make the hard calls, and help great teams produce better results.
Fractional design direction is smart, scalable, and remarkably efficient.

Embedded design leadership across active initiatives
Researching and mapping direction, and reviews execution

Executive | Lead with Function
For organizations that need an experienced creative executive at the leadership table, but aren’t ready to hire one full-time.
Fractional design executive embedded with leadership
Owns creative strategy, priorities, quality, and operations
Leads teams, major initiatives, hiring, and partners
Reserved capacity and hands-on involvement where it matters
$15,000–$20,000/month
Engagement Terms
Fractional engagements begin with a 3-month commitment. Meaningful work needs a little runway.
The first month is paid upfront. We can structure the remaining payments around your normal operations.
I work remotely by default, but onsite sessions are always an option with advance planning and a travel budget.
Before anything begins, you’ll receive a straightforward agreement covering scope, expectations, ownership, and all the usual details.
The engagement should fit how your organization works. Not the other way around.
My Guarantee
In the first 30 days, if you feel the engagement is not delivering clear value, we’ll either adjust the work together or stop the engagement and I’ll refund the first month’s fee. It’s that simple.
