Engagement Terms

  • Fractional engagements begin with a 3-month commitment. Meaningful work needs a little runway.

  • The first month is paid upfront. We can structure the remaining payments around your normal operations.

  • I work remotely by default, but onsite sessions are always an option with advance planning and a travel budget.

  • Before anything begins, you’ll receive a straightforward agreement covering scope, expectations, ownership, and all the usual details.

  • The engagement should fit how your organization works. Not the other way around.

In the first 30 days, if you feel the engagement is not delivering clear value, we’ll either adjust the work together or stop the engagement and I’ll refund the first month’s fee. It’s that simple.
