Embedded | Fractional Creative Executive
Scope: Deeply embedded fractional creative leadership. Actively involved in strategic planning, concept ideation, content creation, team direction, detailed feedback, creative pipeline management, mentoring, hiring/interviewing key creative talent, and selective hands-on execution when needed.
Frequency: 4-5 days/week availability, attending key meetings, and fully integrated as senior leadership.
Pricing: $12,500–$20,000/month
Direction | Strategy + Oversight
Scope: Includes ongoing strategy sessions, monthly creative planning and review, design research, team coaching, vendor management, quality control, concept development, and hands-on troubleshooting.
Frequency: 1 dedicated strategy session/week + oversight support, availability 3-4 days/week.
Pricing: $7,500–$10,000/month
Advisory | Strategic Guidance
Scope: Limited direct execution. Regular strategic advisory calls, embed with existing creative teams, providing vision, alignment, and high-level feedback.
Frequency: 3-4 meetings/month, availability 2-3 days/week + asynchronous email/Slack support.
Pricing: $3,500–$5,000/month
Engagement Terms (Some important details)
Fractional creative director engagements begin with a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure we have time to produce meaningful results. The first month is paid upfront, with remaining payments scheduled in a way that works for your operations.
All creative direction work will be done remotely. However, if you want to schedule an onsite session, visits can be arranged with advance notice, and all travel costs paid upfront (any unused balances will be happily refunded). And don’t worry, you’ll get a more detailed agreement to review, ask questions, and sign before we get started. I’ll adapt to your needs, not the other way around.

If within the first 30 days you feel the engagement isn’t meeting those expectations, let’s promptly regroup and adjust course together.
