Advisor | Strategic Hands-on Guidance

  • Scope: Regularly scheduled strategic advisory calls, support for current teams, delivering concepts on vision, and providing actionable feedback.

  • Frequency: 1-2 meetings/week, video conferencing, weekly deliverables, responds within 24 hours.

  • Pricing: $3,500–$5,000/month

Director | Player-Coach Strategy + Oversight

  • Scope: Includes ongoing creative ops planning and review, design research, vendor management, quality control, cross-functional team support.

  • Frequency: 2-3 meetings/week, concepts and content, original files and renders, responds in 1 hour

  • Pricing: $7,500–$10,000/month

Executive | Fractional Creative Executive

  • Scope: Deeply embedded fractional creative leadership. Actively involved in strategic planning, concept ideation, content creation, team direction, detailed feedback, creative pipeline management, mentoring, hiring/interviewing key creative talent, and selective hands-on execution when needed.

  • Frequency: 5 days/week availability, attending key meetings, on-call 24 hours, fully integrated with senior leadership.

  • Pricing: $12,500–$20,000/month

Engagement Terms (Some important details)

Fractional creative director engagements begin with a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure we have time to produce meaningful results. The first month is paid upfront, with remaining payments scheduled in a way that works for your operations.

All creative direction work will be done remotely. However, if you want to schedule an onsite session, visits can be arranged with advance notice, and all travel costs paid upfront (any unused balances will be happily refunded). And don’t worry, you’ll get a more detailed agreement to review, ask questions, and sign before we get started. I’ll adapt to your needs, not the other way around.
