Nic DiPalma
Creative Direction & Design

A design thinker with 17 years of practice building creative teams and designing innovative experiences, Nic is a "collaboration hero" who evangelizes empathy, “T-shaped” talent, extreme diversity, and entrepreneurial curiosity as culture-critical attributes for any successful enterprise. He has developed agile and creative teams for AOL, Geostellar, DigitalGlobe (GeoEye), The Institute for Defense Analyses, Pentagon Channel, and WETA (PBS/Washington, DC). Nic is listed as a trusted resource in the prestigious Y Combinator Design Directory for startups and alumni, and was Westwood College's 2012 Commencement Speaker while also advising faculty on curriculum and mentoring students in the Design/Animation program.

Author of Solar Light, Lunar Light: Perspectives in Human Consciousness and developer of the PACE Profile®, Dr. Teich applies his extensive background in psychology and his pioneering work in conscious empathy to create breakthroughs in individual evolution, relationships, and organizations. In addition to teaching at the University of California, the California Institute of Integral Studies, Sonoma State University, the University of San Francisco, and the Esalen Institute, Dr. Teich has coached executives at some of the world’s most respected corporate giants; including Microsoft, Intel, Bank of America, Apple, SAP, and Wells Fargo; as well as for startups funded by venture capital firms.

Dan has tackled a spectrum of content – from sensitive international politics to deep philosophical issues to tough technical material – and translated it into everything from :30 spots to 1-hour documentaries.

With over 25 years in television, Dan has received a Cine Golden Eagle Award, 5 regional Emmys, 8 Addy Awards, and an NAACP Image Award nomination for best documentary. His broadcast clients include PBS, Smithsonian Channel, Discovery Communications, National Geographic Channel, BBC America, Ted Turner’s SafeWorld Productions, and many others. Corporate and government clients include Boeing, the U.S. Army, the FAA, and the FBI.


Jamey Harvery
Information Technology, Business Development, & Project Planning

Jamey has more than 20 years experience developing disruptive software, as well as Internet and mobile experiences for consumers and enterprises. He is an expert in delivering SOAs in complex enterprises and creating visionary, world changing software products. Jamey was awarded as "One to Watch" by CIO magazine in 2011. Jamey has also started four successful, leading edge consumer software companies and helped dozens of other entrepreneurs succeed over his career.  He is the CEO of Courage Technology & Design.


Adriana Bratu
Usability Research & Analysis

Adriana has extensive experience in managing software solutions and defining vision, strategy, product requirements and user experience for mobile-to-desktop to web integration. She has a professional knack for simplifying complex workflows into elegant and easy to use decision-enhancing solutions. Adiana has a proven success record across the digital channels spectrum: transactional financial applications, mobile applications, web-services applications, Interactive TV environments and Interactive TV Consumer Applications (ITV Apps). She has worked at AOL, JP Morgan, JP Morgan Chase, DC Office of the Chief Technology Officer, and QuadraMed.


Mike Muncy
Marketing, Business Development & Investor Relations

Mike is a consummate entrepreneur with a deep knowledge of marketing technology and a broad expertise in business development and enterprise systems. He's a "bootstrapper" who focuses on generating the greatest value possible while meticulously managing the assets and resources according to capital business needs.  He is the Founder and CEO of Carfeine, Inc.


Tony Moura
User Experience & Information Architecture

Tony is a hard-core "user hero" with expertise in UX/UI, information architecture, visual design, user research, testing, and front-end programming. He has worked at AOL, Verisign, Amtrak, and MetroStar Systems. Tony is a mentor and coach at the Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), and is the Co-founder & CXO of Eid.io.

Theresa Caldwell
Communications & Public Relations

Theresa worked on Capitol Hill for more than a decade, serving in various capacities including Chief of Staff and Deputy Communications Director. She is a public speaker and a certified Life Transition Coach. She has an eclectic mix of media, government and artistic experience leading effective communication workshops for organizations such as the U.S. Army MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation), the Northern Virginia Urban League Young Professionals Network, the Virginia Leadership Institute, the Women's Business Center of Northern Virginia, and Women Building and Investing in Success. She was also the Director of the Abraham Lincoln Bicentennial Commission's Legacy Town Hall program.

User Interface Design

Dennis has a passion for designing mobile and web products that engage users with magical user experiences. With a focus on typography, color theory, interaction patterns and simplicity, he unravels the UX/UI challenges that allow users to navigate complex products. Dennis has worked at AOL and Capital One, while actively participating in local and global startup communities.
